Direct dyes - powders
Six (6) attractive and distinguished pastel colours for industrial textile dyeing :
PINK, GREEN, YELLOW, BROWN, KHAKI, BLUE
Trade name : SYN 100 powders.
Syntechim can of course provide the complete technology of dyeing with the classical JIGGER dyeing-machines, and in case of need propose our technical assistance on the spot.
The dyes SYN 100 can be used with :
cotton 100%
wool
silk
polyester – cotton 65/35
(and other mixed textiles, as long as the mixed textile contains 30-40% natural fibre, such as cotton).
Dyeing in the Jigger-type dyeing machine :
Quantity of dyestuffs: 5 kg
Quantity of soda-powder: 3 kg
Put together in the Jigger, and heat at 90°. This is the quantity of product needed to dye 1 (one) roll of cotton (1,50m x 1000 m).
Average dyeing time for same: 8-10 h.
This quantity is based upon an average weight of 200 kg for 1 roll of 1000 m.

In a normal dyeing procedure with the Jigger dyeing machine, the textile rolls will pass 8 – 10 times through the hot dye-solution at 90° untill maximum uptake of dyestuff. The uptake is approximately 40 kg per 1000 kg of textile.
Stabilizing
Quantity of soda powder (or crystals) Na2CO3 (f.i.from Solvay) needed at 60° - 80° for 1 (one) roll of coloured material (1000 m) : 4 kg
Average stabilizing time in the Jigger dyeing machine : 8 h
After dyeing and stabilizing, the textile is washed with lukewarm water and dried.
Stability of the coloured textile
After 25 washing-cycles over a period of 6 months, the colours remained stable (in our laboratories we used normal commercial washing powders and washing machines).
The wash-waters were not contaminated-coloured in normal washing-cycles with our SYN 100 coloured textiles. The coloured textiles are not stable if not stabilized as indicated by soda (in water 60° - 80°).

1 container 40΄ - load contains : 21 pallets (Europallets) 1,20m x 0,80m
with 18 drums à 60 kg net per pallet = 1080 kg net per pallet giving 22.680 kg netto for 21 pallets.
